P1151 H solvent-free immersion paint

1.lntroduction
The product is made up by biphenyl ether active monomer and active arena compound with the function of catalyses to generate ploy biphenyl ether ramification and adding appropriate initiator and special polymerization inhibitor active diluting agent. Heat-resistant grade is H.
2.Characteristics
2.1 Low curing temperature,fast curing rate.its aridity for thick layer,through 120℃ 1h,150℃ 2h,can finish total cure process.
2.2 it has such characteristics as good electrical,mechanical performance, lower contraction ratio and good flexibility. It is applicable to insulating immersion for various transaction motor,ship motor,motor under oil,hoist,metallurgy,exposion-proof motor and high-powered household appliances.
3.Technical lndicator Technical index should conform to stipulation within table 1.
4.Test method
4.1Test item for leaving factory is 1,2,3,4,8.
4.2 Sample perpetrating condition for electrical performance:φ100×1mm,add 13g new varnish,120℃/1h,150℃/2h,take out after cooling to 80℃
4.3 4.5.6 items in the table will be tested according to GB1981.89.item 5 sample will adopt Q2Y-2/180 polyester imine painted -color round copper wire.
4.4 Other item will be tested in term of GB2643-81.GB1102-89。
