4¡¢Application field Epoxy resin paint is applicable to metal metal material's pain base in coastal area and humid tropics area.Iron red epoxy primer can be applied to the steel surface,manufacturing and maintenance for chemical instruments,power equipment and railroad equipment etc.
5¡¢Working Reference By spray,brush and dip coating.Removing the coated metal surface's rusting,oil stains,vapor etc first,then phosphating or precasting one-story etch primer evenly which is diluted by the xylem to the operableviscosity.Sanding the paint film after it's dry, then baking 1h under 60¡æ or self-drying 12h in the room temperature,brush putty or paint the top coat after all moisture dried. Matching products as follows:X06-1 etch primer,Q04-2 nitric enamel for external use,A05-9 amino baking paint,H05-6 epoxy baking paint etc.
6¡¢Packing and Storage
Sealed in the clean,dry and enclosed metal pail. Stored in the shady,dry and ventilated warehouse.Keeping away form fire,heat source,preventing from rain and sunshine.The storage period is 1 year.
