H06-2 Grey epoxy ester undercoat

Performance: this paint is adhesive, durable and tough. If it is used accompanied by etching premier, it can be well elevated in terms of heat and damp as well as salt resisting ability.

Production Method: the paint is made up of epoxy resin ester, and various pigments after being mixed with appropriate amount of siccative and xylene in it.

Field of application: epoxy resin coating is applicable to the undercoat of the metal materials used in coastal and wet tropical regions.

Reference for construction: it can be used for dip-coating, and spray coating. First, the surface of the metal must be polished so as to eliminate the rust, oil stain and moisture. Then a layer of etching premier should be painted on the surface of the metal and after that, the epoxy resin coating can be painted after being diluted with xylene and being stirred. After the coating becomes dry, it should be polished with waterproof abrasive paper, and then it should be dried in the drying apparatus of 60°for 1 hour or hanged indoor for 12 hours for self-drying. After all the water evaporates, the metal can be painted with baffle paint. The supporting products include: X06-1 etching paint, Q04-2 nitrocellulose exterior enamel, A05-9 amino baking enamel, and H05-6 epoxy baking paint and so on.

Package and Storage: It should be packaged in clean, dry and closed containers and should be stored in shady, dry, and ventilative places. It must be protected from fire, heat, rain and sunshine. Provided that it is well packaged, the storage time is one year which commences from the date on which it is finished.
